Keep everything in sync and capture colors as you copy

Sync your whole library — files included — across your Macs, and auto-collect colors from your clipboard.

  1. Sign in to iCloud. With iCloud enabled and the Sync switch on, Pocket CVI syncs your library automatically through your private iCloud storage.
  2. Know what syncs.Everything: colors, notes, and the actual logo, font, and document files. When two Macs disagree, the most recent change wins, per collection.
  3. Work on any Mac.Edit a collection on one machine and see it — assets and all — follow you to the next.
  4. Let clipboard monitoring run.As you copy color values anywhere on your Mac, Pocket CVI detects them automatically and files them in the Clipboard collection.
  5. Let AI name them (optional). In Settings → Clipboard, turn on “Name new colors with AI” and every captured color arrives already named — on your own AI key.
  6. Promote the good ones.Move any clipboard-captured color into a named collection to make it part of a real brand sheet.
Pro tip

The Sync switch is per-device: leave it off on one Mac and that machine keeps fully independent content — handy for a testing or client machine.
