Pocket CVI Brand Guidelines

The official corporate visual identity for Pocket CVI — the name, the mark, the color system, the typography and the voice. This page is the living version; the PDF is the citable one.

Brand guidelines (PDF) Press & media kit Version 1.0 · August 2026

1 · Name and logo

The name is Pocket CVI — two words, CVI in capitals. CVI stands for corporate visual identity: the thing the app keeps in order. Pocket CVI is a product of Nullbase (Nullbase ApS, Denmark).

The app icon is the primary mark: a graphite squircle carrying a serif “Aa”, a four-point spark, and the spectrum bar — type, intelligence and color in one glyph. A round spectrum loupe on graphite is the website’s favicon. Use the supplied files, resize proportionally, keep clear space of a quarter of the mark’s width, and never recolor, redraw, restyle the wordmark, or use the mark to imply endorsement.

2 · Color

A near-black graphite base with the full spectrum running through it — seen in the icon, the favicon, and the thin spectrum bar across the website, the emails and the documents. Color is content in this brand; the interface around it stays quiet, and body text never sits in spectrum colors.

Orange#FF9245
Yellow#FFD23F
Green#3DDC84
Teal#22D3EE
Blue#4F7BFF
Indigo#7C6CFF
Violet#B06BFF

The eight stops always run in this order, left to right:

Signature accent

Accent — CTAs, focus#6C7BFF
Accent 2 — links#22D3EE

Accent is deliberately not a spectrum stop. It sits between Blue and Indigo and belongs to the interface — buttons, focus, interactive states — never to brand expression. The spectrum speaks for the brand; the accent merely points at what to press.

3 · Typography and voice

The system typeface (SF Pro / system-ui) everywhere: headlines semibold with tight tracking, sentence case always. Georgia italic accents a single word inside a headline — never whole sentences. SF Mono for color values, license keys and code.

The voice is plain and specific — name the feature and the result, skip superlatives. Honest about limits: say what a thing does and what it doesn’t. Privacy commitments are phrased once and repeated verbatim. “Made in Denmark for macOS” is the sign-off, not a slogan.

4 · Usage and contact

Editorial use of the name and assets to describe or review Pocket CVI is welcome — publication files live in the media kit. The name and mark may not brand third-party products or imply endorsement. For the record: the macOS code signature reads “Steenfeldt Holding ApS”; Nullbase is a registered trading name of that company.
