Lost your Pro key, or setting up a new Mac? Have it emailed to you, and see how to activate.

Enter the email you bought with and we'll send your key(s) to it.

For your privacy we always show the same message, whether or not that address has a license. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

Activate on a Mac

  1. Open Pocket CVI and go to Settings → License.
  2. Paste your key and click Activate.
  3. That's it. One license covers up to five Macs; to move to a new one, click Deactivate This Mac on a machine you no longer use to free a slot.

Manage your subscription

To update your card, change plan, or cancel a monthly subscription, use the billing portal linked from your purchase receipt, or email hello@pocketcvi.com and we'll help. Lifetime and complimentary licenses have nothing to renew.
