Terms of Use

Pocket CVI is provided by Nullbase ApS and is licensed, not sold. The free version is free to use for as long as you like. Pro is an optional paid upgrade that unlocks the AI features and pro tools. The app is actively developed, and features may change and improve over time.

Your brand kits, colors, and files are yours. Exported .pocketcvi files are yours to share as you see fit. We claim no ownership over anything you create in Pocket CVI.

Pro unlocks the AI features inside Pocket CVI; the AI itself runs on a back-end you provide — your own Claude or ChatGPT API key, or a model you self-host. Cloud requests are governed by your agreement with Anthropic or OpenAI and billed by them, not by us. AI output can be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing anything it generates before you rely on it.

A Pro licence is for your own use and may be activated on up to five Macs; you can deactivate a Mac at any time in Settings → License to free a slot. Licences are verified offline on your device and are not transferable. The free trial is limited to one per person.

Pro is sold by Nullbase ApS as merchant of record. Prices are shown in EUR; EU VAT is added or included as the law requires. A monthly plan renews until you cancel; a lifetime purchase is a one-time payment. Because Pro is a digital product delivered immediately, EU consumers are asked to consent to immediate delivery and thereby acknowledge the loss of the 14-day right of withdrawal — but if something is wrong, email us and we will put it right.

Pocket CVI is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any AI output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Nullbase ApS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Pocket CVI, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. These terms are governed by Danish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
