Document your CVI with rich-text notes

Capture brand rules, tone, and do's & don'ts right on top of the collection they describe.

  1. Open the collection.Select the brand kit you want to document in the collections sidebar.
  2. Name it clearly.Set the inline title so the collection reads as a proper brand sheet.
  3. Write in the notes header.Use the rich-text notes area at the top of the collection to spell out brand usage and guidelines.
  4. Format for clarity.Apply bold, italic, and other formatting to structure do's & don'ts, tone of voice, and usage rules.
  5. Let it save.Your notes persist with the collection, so the documentation travels with the colors, logos, and fonts.
Pro tip

Lead the notes with your one non-negotiable rule (like minimum logo clear space) in bold — it's the first thing anyone opening the kit will read.
